Seven Cs of Communication
1. Clear
Speed, diction, jargon in seminar or
to a person who knows the topic or no jargon to a person who is unfamiliar
about the topic.
2. Correct
Never say something that you are
not sure about. Never say anything through assumption. Say no if you don’t
know.
3. Complete
Always try to give complete
message.
4. Concrete
Saying something specific. Saying
with evidence. Giving specific details to establish ideas.
5. Concise
Try to shorten the message.
6. Considerate
Think about the audience.
7. Courteous
Showing respect to the audience.
Distance between two audience, sitting or standing posture. You can get respect
when you show respect to people.
